Welcome to the Mills PTA Website
The Mills PTA website is updated weekly with current information and events around Mills. The goal is to have the Mills PTA website be a single source of information to our Mills families.

PTA President's Message
What a great week of appreciating our teachers and staff! It is always such a wonderful sight to see all those flowers arriving on the first day…as well as the door decorations with their personal touches of creativity. The “love notes” displayed on the walls were also a nice addition – and we hope to add that to our Mills’ traditions. Thank you again, Shelly Drouin, for all the thought and organization that went into this past week – including a fabulous luncheon on Friday’s teacher workday – and, thank you to all the parents, care-givers and students who showed their appreciation to all the wonderful teachers and staff at our school.
Spring Festival planning is well underway now! We are trying something new this year with our volunteer organization to encourage more folks to volunteer at this truly fun event – the only event that we come together as an entire school – students, teachers, administration, parents and care-givers – to socialize and just have some fun! As a PTA, we have tried very hard this year to provide items to parents at little or no cost and merely ask that everyone consider helping out by volunteering. If we could get everyone to volunteer just one hour at our spring festival, no single person would feel overwhelmed and everyone could enjoy also being an attendee at the festival. No “bee-cone” – I mean, “Sno-cone” station to staff this time…and professional attendants will be accompanying many of the outdoor attractions. So, come on down and help make this spring festival the most successful, fun event yet! You have seen how past successful fundraising has made it possible for us to provide all the new technology and science materials to our school and our children this year – but it can’t stop there! We must continue to make such projects possible from year to year…and so we hope to see you helping out on March 31st. Look for an email coming soon from your most valuable Room Contact Parent!
With appreciation,
Laurie Cullicott
