Mills PTA Board Descriptions
President: Serve as the administrative head of the Mills PTA. Schedule and lead meetings, maintain communication with parents and respond to community needs, support the treasurer and sign PTA checks, serve on various committees (CAC, Austin Council of PTAs, etc.), assist committee leads as needed.
Vice President: Supports the president and committee leads as needed.
Secretary: Records, posts, and reviews minutes for all executive board and general membership PTA meetings.
Treasurer: Maintains all financial records for the PTA. Writes checks, reviews invoices and reimbursement requests, handles deposits, assists with event ticket sales.
